Your Business Deserves
to Be Found.
In Both Languages.
Thousands of Chiang Mai businesses are excellent at what they do and completely invisible to anyone searching in English. No website, no indexed page, no international customer. CMBN builds fast, bilingual English and Thai sites in 10 days — with Line staying central to how you work.

Line is brilliant for the customers
who already know you.
For many Chiang Mai businesses, Line does everything. Orders come in via broadcast, regulars message for reservations, and the owner replies personally within minutes. The product is excellent and the community is loyal.
The problem is the customer who does not already know you. They are sitting in their hotel, searching Google for exactly what you offer. They ask a friend or a travel platform for a recommendation. They open an AI assistant and type in what they are looking for. If you do not have a website, none of those moments can reach you.
A CMBN-built site does not replace Line. Every build has a Line deeplink as the primary call to action. The site is the door. Line is still where business happens. The difference is that new customers can now find the door.
A Thai-language Line page signals to every non-Thai speaker that the business is not for them. The owner loses sales they never knew existed. Chiang Mai has over a million international visitors per year — none of them are searching in Line.
The economic environment in 2025–2026 makes this more acute, not less. When customers are cautious, they research more before they spend. The business with a clear, bilingual, fast-loading site captures that research moment. The one without it does not appear at all.
At ฿5,900 for a Starter build — less than one month of Facebook boosting that leaves zero lasting asset when it stops — the question is not whether the investment is justified. It is why it has not been made yet.
Without a site, you are
invisible to the search that matters.
The same business. Two completely different outcomes. The only difference is a website.
Five things every CMBN site
ships with as standard
These are not options or upgrades. They are built into every build at every tier. No Chiang Mai web agency at this price point offers all five.
Bilingual English and Thai
Every site ships in both languages with a single-tap toggle in the navigation. Thai uses the Sarabun font for clean, correct rendering on all devices. The default language is set to match your primary audience — Thai-first or English-first, your call.
- React context — instant switch, no page reload
- All copy in both languages from the start
- Sarabun Thai font loaded conditionally on TH state
- Both language meta titles for Google
Line Stays at the Centre
The primary CTA on every build is a Line deeplink button. One tap from any page opens your Line conversation. The site does not ask customers to fill a web form or send an email. It sends them directly to the channel you already use to run your business.
- Line deeplink — opens Line directly, no copy-paste
- WhatsApp link if applicable
- Google Maps embed with directions
- Trading hours in both languages
Google-Ready from Day One
Every site is submitted to Google Search Console on launch day. JSON-LD LocalBusiness schema is installed on every build, giving search engines and AI assistants precise, structured facts about your business rather than inferring them from unstructured page content.
- JSON-LD LocalBusiness schema on every page
- Google Search Console submitted at launch
- OG image configured for Line share previews
- Lighthouse Performance 90+ target
Mobile-First, Fast-Loading
92% of Thai internet users browse on their smartphone. Every CMBN site is designed and tested on mobile first — not adapted from a desktop layout. Images are served in WebP and lazy-loaded. Target load time is under two seconds on a 4G connection.
- iPhone SE — the smallest common screen in market
- Mid-range Android — the most common device type
- Line share preview — OG card test before every launch
- Simulated 4G — images under 2s load time
CMBN Network Connection
Every site links to its Golden Pages listing. The member joins a directory with domain authority behind it — not a standalone page that no one finds. Two verified presences in local search for the price of one build. The network effect is something no individual site can replicate alone.
- Golden Pages listing cross-linked at launch
- Two Google-indexed entries in Chiang Mai search
- AI assistants cross-reference directory listings
- CMBN membership community and referrals
Three tiers. One starting point
that costs nothing to take.
Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute conversation via Line or in person. You describe what you do, who your customers are, and what you want the site to achieve. We tell you which tier fits, what the timeline looks like, and what we need from you to start. No intake form until you are ready.
Once you decide to proceed, you fill a short bilingual intake form — 10 questions, takes 10 minutes, available in Thai or English. We draft all copy for both languages before the developer opens a single file. You approve the copy on Line. Build starts. You get a preview URL within a week. Live within 10 days of your content approval.
We write the copy. We handle the technology. We submit to Google. You approve things on Line. Nothing changes in how you run your business except that new customers can now find you.
- Single-page — hero, about, contact
- Bilingual EN + TH toggle included
- Line deeplink CTA as primary action
- Google Maps embed + structured data
- Mobile-optimised, HTTPS, fast-loading
- Golden Pages cross-link at launch
- Full layout — hero, about, services, trust, contact
- Services or menu grid (3–6 items, EN + TH)
- Full bilingual copy strategy session
- OG image — Line share preview tested
- Google Search Console submitted at launch
- One revision round in both languages
- Member Plus build included
- Monthly copy update — EN + TH refreshed
- Quarterly full bilingual page review
- Google Business Profile management
- Golden Pages premium listing
- CNX Mag editorial mention (1 per year)

15 minutes to understand
what your site would look like.
The free conversation is the starting point. You tell us what you do and who your customers are. We tell you which tier fits, show you a live example in your industry, and give you an honest picture of what the build involves. No commitment required. Most members make the decision in that first conversation.
A 15-minute conversation
is the right place to start.
The free conversation requires nothing from you except a description of your business and what you hope a website will do for it. At the end of it you will have seen a live example similar to your sector, understood exactly what the build process involves, and decided whether to proceed.
There is no obligation to proceed. A number of businesses have taken that first conversation and made independent improvements to their digital presence using what they learned from it.
CMBN Media Services works with businesses across food and beverage, hospitality, wellness, professional services, retail, and any sector in Chiang Mai where reaching customers who search in English is commercially valuable. We also build for businesses outside Chiang Mai with operations or target markets in Thailand.
No. The primary CTA on every build is a Line deeplink. When a new customer finds your site, they tap one button and your Line conversation opens. Nothing changes in how you operate. The site adds a door for new customers to find. Line stays where business happens.
No. The site runs on its own on Vercel’s hosting infrastructure. When you need a change — new menu, updated hours, new photos — you send a message to the content team and we handle it. Starter and Member Plus builds include one revision round. Ongoing changes are included in the Network Retainer.
We draft both English and Thai in the same copy session, using your intake form responses as the source. Thai copy is written for a Thai reader — not translated from English originals. You review both versions in a two-column document sent via Line. If anything in the Thai needs correction, you mark it directly and we update before build starts.
A completed 10-question intake form, a logo file in any format, up to 8 photos from your phone, your Line ID, and a one-sentence description of what makes your business different. If you do not have a logo, we work with your preferred colours. Phone-quality photos are fine — we optimise them.
No. The website service is available to any Chiang Mai business, member or not. CMBN membership adds value through the Golden Pages directory presence and community network, but it is not a requirement. The free conversation is open to everyone.
For most builds, zero. We deploy on Vercel’s Hobby tier, which is free for static sites. The only ongoing cost is your domain name if you own one — approximately ฿400–700 per year through Cloudflare Registrar at cost. We pass this through at no markup. If you do not own a domain, your site goes live on a free .vercel.app subdomain until you decide to get one.
